Three years ago I got my MBA from Rice University. It was the hardest thing I’ve ever done because I went head to head with a major self-limiting belief I held for my entire life — “I am not good with numbers.” I always considered myself the creative one, the one who has a way with words. Numbers. Girl, bye. No way, José. Not for me. Ever.Read More
Where in the world has Yogi Tish been? It’s as if she completely dropped off the planet.
Well, let me tell you, ladies and gents, my world has completely changed.
If you’ve taken my 30 Days of MiracleMessages, you’ll know that I totally was manifesting a baby in my mind. When I turned 30, I decided that I really wanted to experience motherhood. Or perhaps the small moments of silence during a conversation with a loved one. Or morning snuggles. What you focus on expands, so focus on the peace that is already prevailing in your life.Read More
One of the biggest misconceptions about walking the spiritual path is that, once you start down the road of self-awakening, you'll never have another negative experience again. Life will be nothing but peace and sunshine. You’ll never again have to experience fear, worry, doubt, or anger. After all, you’re meditating, praying, aligning your chakras, rocking your asana, and drinking your juice. You’ve got it all figured out.Read More
